She and her staffs are very professional and knowledgeable. Not only that they are very friendly and they make me feel very comfortable. After 5 treatments and home care PCA skin products I bought at the clinic, my skin improved a lot. The texture of my skin is soft with a glow and acne went away. I'm very pleased with the result and have introduced my sister in law. I strongly recommended. =)

I've been going to Dermedix Laser Clinic for laser hair removal for about a year now, and have really enjoyed the experience. The ladies who work there are friendly and hospitable, very organized (I always receive a reminder call the day before an appointment) and accommodating, and very knowledgable about their products and machinery. They always ask how the treatment is working and honestly care about creating a long term relationship with you - you're not just a number. The treatments have worked very well (I am a good candidate, with light skin and thick dark hair) and I didn't find the treatments to be particularly painful either, especially considering the horror stories I've heard from people who have gone elsewhere and stopped using a package halfway through because it was too painful.I also felt like they went above and beyond. If there were areas where there was stubborn hair or hard to access areas, extra attention was paid to make sure we got those hairs. Would definitely recommend this place to any family or friends who would like laser hair removal!

I purchased a groupon for 2 Microdermabration treatments. I got a reminder phone call 1 day before my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by 2 very friendly ladies who spent time with me doing analysis on my skin before taking me into the room for treatment. I didn't feel rushed and was actually surprised that I was not treated "differently" just because I had a groupon voucher. The clinic has beautiful decor and is very clean. The micro was done by Sara, who is a lovely young lady, very sweet, polite, friendly and knows what she is doing. My skin looked beautiful after the micro! Sara called me a few days after to follow up on the results..wow...To summarize, book your appointments with Sara and you will be a very happy client with a beautiful skin!!!!!! Thanks!!!!

I purchased a set of Tripollar treatments through groupon. I've been working out and just wanted to get rid of the last lil bit of fat on the back of my legs. I honesty didn't have really high expectations going in, considering it was via groupon and I always hear horror stories. Honestly, I could not be happier with the service at Dermedix!! EVERYONE is so friendly, and you feel like they really care about their clients. The staff is really knowledgeable about their products and treatments and you don't feel like they're trying to push you into buying additional services or treatment. They called a day or two before to remind me of my appointment and before starting treatments they went over the process, etc and took the time to answer any question or concerns I had. I ended up purchasing a package of Facial Peels since I had been thinking about it anyway and they were running a promotion at the time. I was a bit nervous for my first peel since I had never done one before and didn't know what to expect. Cait was so amazing answering all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. She also called a few days into my peel to see how I was doing. To top it all off the end result of the peel was amazinnnnggg and I can't wait for my next one!! So glad I found Dermedix!
